The personal data operator is individual entrepreneur M. N. Zinovyev (OGRNIP 326774600287471, INN 770602340640), hereinafter the "Operator". Contact for personal data matters: contact@capsclips.ru.
What data is processed
Via the contact form on capsclips.ru: name (if provided), company (if provided), email address, message text. In client accounts: email address and the data required to perform the contract.
Purposes and legal grounds
Form data is processed to respond to your inquiry, based on the consent you give by sending the form. Client data is processed to perform the concluded contract.
Storage and protection
Data is stored in the Operator’s database on servers located in the Russian Federation and is not shared with third parties except where required by law and for the visit data collected by Yandex Metrica (see “Cookies”). Inquiry data is kept until the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, and no longer than three years.
Cookies
The site uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC), which collects anonymised visit data — traffic source, pages viewed, on-site actions, device and browser type — using cookies. The site also keeps the campaign tags of the link you followed and the referring page address in the caps_src cookie for up to 90 days; when you sign up, this is saved to your account so we know which channels bring clients. The client account uses a technical session cookie required for login. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
